Our Mission
Advance-PTE not only provides computer facilities and training support for job seekers but also pre-recruitment training and use of real work tools/equipment, actively matching people to jobs local employers.
- We believe that with training and mentoring, gaining new skills can help a person transition and stay on a more progressive career path. This helps the individual to sustain themselves and is better for us all socially.
- Support is available to anyone who registers and we welcome the unemployed, Jobseekers, NEETS and ex-offenders.
- Men & Women of working age, African/Caribbean, BAME and local residents across Manchester. Whether they are long term unemployed or recently become unemployed or find it hard to get work/jobs due to their criminal records.
Through Advance-PTE and other partnership initiatives, we believe that we can make a difference to the lives of people. We believe that supporting people in to work aids the individuals well-being, and their families and communities to be self-reliant.
